The best PDF encryption and meta editor freeware around. I have tested all freeware these days and even paid software looking for a way to restrict permissions in a PDF document and didn't find even one good enough for what I was looking for. I don't know who created BeCyPDFMetaEdit, but a huge THANK YOU to the creator!

This is by far the best PDF meta editor and the only one I know that allows you to revert a PDF document to a previous edition.
